Got a craving for Potato Pancakes, so will make them tonight, topped with sour cream and a salad on the side.

MMMM- potato pancakes, haven't had them in sooo long- Will have to add the ingredients to my shopping list.

Lunasea- thanks for your response! I am hoping to make veggie pizza Thursday when my husband works late, and he and I don't have dinner together. I can tell it will be a big hit with the rest of us! (He's not a veggie lover, poor guy Smile )

Tonight is "Feed the Boys" night. Making big ol' juicy cheeseburgers and homemade fries- Have 4 fellas over here with my son, and my hubby will love it! I, on the other hand, will need to run around the block several times afterwards... Wink

Mamavan*********** I am glad you got to see my response ... I sure wish I had the ingrediants to make that myself again right now. I hope you enjoy that this weekend hun~! it's not real good leftover, one of those things better freshly made--- chilled fast--- then eaten (IMHO).... I just kicked my shoes off after a challenging day to say the least.. listening to our GDG song list and contemplating what to eat myself here or even if I want anything.. I am going to try an Arnold Palmer' drink all prepped and made in the frig' awaiting from last night! I think that might be dinner and that's ok Very Happy

Son inlaw made spaghetti & meatballs with a greek salad and crusty bread in the food processor for our Mother's Day dinner.

I was surprised as daughter, baby and I went out for the afternoon. We went out for lunch [All you can eat Fish + Chips plus drinks included [for $9.99] after lunch, we drove up to the Okanagan Lavender Herb Farm, then stopped in a few nursery's and drove around the posh areas, just to ooh and ahhh at those homes on the lake.

Ummm, yummm, I haven't had a grilled cheese sandwich in ages.

I love them with sauteed onions and spread with my homemade green tomato chutney. Dinner was light and my honey made bread today, so I think I'm heading out to the kitchen for a late night snack. Thanks for the inspiration, Okanog!

Sorry - a repeat per kid request -

Grass-fed hamburgers, pasta, green beans and that divine chocolate milk.

Lunch was better - a salad (my own invention) of
Red leaf lettuce
Red and green oak leaf lettuce (from my window box)
Corn salad (organic salad greens growing in a pot on my porch)
Baby Romaine
Tuna
Hard cooked eggs
Crumbled bacon
Tomatoes
Chopped baked potatoes
Vidalia onions
Marinated mushrooms
Steamed green beans
Balsamic vinaigrette

I usually buy a small fresh made medium size cheese pizza at a deli then add my own fresh toppings.
This is what I had for dinner tonight 2 slices of pizza along with a tossed salad.
The rest of the pizza I a pop in zip lock bags then into the freezer.
