Here is one I have not seen yet. I pop in the disc, follow the next prompt, then an error box pops up that says "access violation at address 254534354350000 at fkinstaller.exe". It installed fine on two other computers, but I need this on my daughters computer. She has all system requirements needed. Thanks for any help. I am anxious to get her out of my room so I can have my PC back  |

| You may have to install as administrator of computer. Watch for security blockers and Firewalls. If doesn't work google search the error looks like a micro-soft issue. Call support 888-892-6123 They are Very Helpful!!! |

| Update Help: If you system is locking when doing the 2.0 update First and foremost must be done as admin of computer. Now try setting in disc CD Rom, then open an internet connection, then minimize it. Right click on your UB icon click Run As Admin and allow (uncheck the block so to allow the program to download properly). Now Funkiki Island should open. |
