Mah Jongg score/treats seem out of balance

Highest score all time is less than 20 k and so only scored 20 treats.
Top 100 highest scores greater than about 16k.
Today, midday, highest score is less than 15k.
Today, midday, top 50 greater than 12.3k.
Today, midday, top 100 greater than 11.4 k.
Suggest new award levels something like:
score treats
0 to 1k 0
1k to 3k 5
3k to 5k 10
5k to 8k 15
8k to 10k 20
10k to 12k 30
12K to 14k 40
14k up 50
