new format on the site, why??

Hello everybody. They have just changed the format of the game pages to the old one: you have toclick twice in a page to get to the one where you can play. Plus, the comment board is no longer available in the game page you are playing. Why??? Cant you go back to the more confortable 1 page format (everything: game, laderboard and comments in the same place). Whats the idea of this change? Sorry but dont get to understand it.

I don't like this new format PLEASE change it back the way it was you can't even access the old comments!

I agree with the previous two posts and have sent an e-mail to you with my opinions and request that you go back to the one page format. GDG had a great thing going on this site until today. This format discourages a spirit of community and has a number of very serious flaws. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK ASAP!

Please change back to the old format. I don't like the change at all. It was fine the way it was.

besides all sayed, how can you update comments? There is no more the posibility of reading all comments. Why? Come on, give us the nice gift of going back to the prevoius format. We lose all the chating in the comment board which gives this site something fun and different from others where you cant comment and sustain a long conversation (sometimes for days like in MD)

I agree with everythings been said, go back please to the 1 page format, especcialy mpd where you have to wait for a fellow player, you read comments, wich you even can't now, because you cannot click the back-arrow, sometimes you have to wait long, so please go back to 1 page....

That sense of community is taken away when you cut off the chat in the comment area-------and that is what makes a great game site, a sense of community. I'd like to know why that feature was taken away from our neighborhood??? I still cant make a reply when I hit the "reply" button. The leaderboard is set on "friends", not everyone and shows the top six----is that changed too? are the top 6 now going to get the weekly 500 treats for top score and top treats??
Wish someone would have explained what was going to happen

I agree with all of the comments regarding the "new old" format. It is friendly for your advertisers, but not for your users. I cannot imagine why the advertisers would not want to keep their potential audience happy.

THE PLAYERS HAVE SPOKEN GDG, OR WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO EACH OTHER LIKE BEFORE. IS GDG GOING TO BE LIKE THE DEMOCRATS AND NOT LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT IS BEST AND WE ARE TO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND. THIS IS VERY BAD GDG VERY BAD.

Well I must say, this new look is BAD. Looks like a first year designer, or wait, I think a first year designer may have a bit more on the ball then who ever is responsible for this disaster... Back to the old drawing board guys, this new look will NOT pass I'm afraid.

Wow -- what a disaster!!! This new format is awful -- and so incredibly user-unfriendly it's almost like you WANT current players to leave your site. What the heck went on in your design sessions?!?!? Did ANYONE bother to consider the preferences of the players/users? We all know you make your revenue from advertising -- but what advertiser is going to want to pay the current ad rate, much less accept future increases, if the user base decreases -- which it surely will with this terrible, terrible design change. Surely you are aware that there are multiple sites where we can play? Why would we stay here when you have made it impossible for us to chat with each other, keep up with each other, easily access a game, or do pretty much anything else? How will it serve your corporate revenue goals if huge numbers of folks leave and go to another site that actually believes that a user friendly, well-designed, reliable site that encourages camaraderie -- not just for the sake of the players, but because it makes good strategic planning sense -- happy players play more, stay longer and encourage their friends to join the site. Hope you get the message from all of us and PUT THE DARN SITE BACK THE WAY IT WAS!!

I agree with everyone. This new format is not user friendly. We've lost the sense of community that holds us all together.One of the great things about the old format is that you could browse through all the posts and communicate while you were waiting for your game to load. I hate the new outlay. I'm sure many users will leave

I'M NOT LEAVING BUT I DO NOT LIKE THIS NEW LAYOUT.
AND EVEN THOUGH I'M NOT LEAVING THIS NEW LAYOUT WILL PROBABLY CHANGE MY PLAYING HABITS HERE A GREAT DEAL.

AND I'LL HAVE TO CHANGE MY SIGNING OFF SENTENCE TO........

ay least I don't have to refresh the page after every game now...
