treasure chest freezes up

When I see an open treasure chest now, after the freebie 1st one of the day, I play it. I hit the pay 200 treats button, the screen darkens, then nothing. I have to refresh. I have cleared/cleaned old files out, using Chrome. This started same time as the scores not showing up.

DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE TREASURE CHESTS BUT THE SCORES PROBLEMS SEEMS TO BE OK TODAY.
