AT FIRST I WAS GOING TO LET EL CEE OFF THE HOOK SINCE SHE WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO ADMIT HER WRONG DOING.
BUT
NOW SHE HAS BLAMED OUR NEWEST AND KINDEST POSTER.
WHY OH WHY ELCEE? - KRAZYKOP DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE "FAN CLUB" TAKE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE -OR BLAME IN THIS CASE!!
DEAR SWEET KRAZYKOP , ALLOW ME TO APOLOGIZE FOR MISS ELCEE, SHE JUST CAN'T HELP HERSELF!
OH MY OH MY -WHAT ARE WE TO DO WITH ELCEE?
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Speaking of fan clubs...
When I was a teenager I was a member of the Shaun Cassidy fan club. I had posters and Tiger Beat magazines all over my bedroom. It drove my parents nuts.
Strange that I can remember that, but cannot remember what I had for dinner yesterday. |

LuBoo, Not to worry! I have messaged krazyk, and I think she "gets it!"
I did explain that it is not just me, and only me, that gets into trouble.
I included Mamavan, CathieC, Polly26, Stangs, johhnny, Jindog, PCJuli,
Petunia, Stubs, and just about everyone else I could think of that has contributed to the El Cee bandwagon...
and like I said... I think she gets it!
[Don't ya, krazyk!!!???]
p.s. my above list is not comprehensive... if you have ever been (or want to be) on the bandwagon... Just jump on board. We are the fun group, after all.

Hey Petunia,
Where are you?
You must be on vacation or you would surely be here drinking coffee and talking trash!
(Just kidding, I know how ladylike and demure you are in real life)

Thanks Krazy kop for the memories -
I'm all smiles reminiscing about my "fan club" days. I was President of my local and "unauthorized" Fan Club of the Bay City Rollers... LOL. We had over 150 members - Whee! The "Big shots" actually shut us down...how funny! I'm sure the BCR WISH they had some fans right about now!!!

"All My Children" and "One Life To Live" have both been cancelled this year.
"Reality TV" is replacing just about all long-running shows.
I dislike the reality shows, because all they are are people fighting, cussing, and yelling at each other. I simply do not see what is entertaining about that. |

I like the chance to start my baking. I make tons of cookies and put them in the freezer while they are still a bit luke warm, that way they are fresh and soft once they thaw. Cookie & candy trays are what I give out as presents and take to holiday get together's. I get my cookies all done by Thanksgiving, then I start my holiday candies and pies.
I mash and can my own pumpkin for pies and breads, and this is the time of year that the small gourds are just perfect for canning. Its also the time of year that the tomatoes are really ripening and I can pick tons everyday.
Now, as for what I do not like about autumn....
Raking leaves.......over and over and over and over again. |

KrazyKop -
Thanks for starting this.
My genetic love of baking has been passed on to my oldest daughter who feels compelled to bake several times a week. It gives me a break from the baking I started at age 8 and carried on through the decades.
I remember the Bay City Rollers. At least one of my multitude of sisters was a huge fan.
Petunia -
So sorry to hear about Hanna B. |
