Please post all no treats, no score comments here!

We have heard from several players over the weekend that some games would display a score and treats reward of 0, even if that player got a different score in the game. We are currently working to correct this issue.

If you have noticed this, please post the game title and approximate day and time you were playing the game so we can track down the problem faster. Thanks for your help, and we're sorry for the inconvenience!

7/25 Update: After an unrelated Great Day Games update on Friday, it seems that the no treats, no score bug has gotten worse. I apologize again for this problem, and assure you that our development team is addressing this issue at a high priority.

Thank you to everyone for posting your information here. Your information definitely helped our team track down the specific games that suffer from this problem and pinpoint the source of the bug. There is no further need to post your specific information at this time.

I will keep the community updated on our progress and hope to have some great news for everyone soon! Thanks again for your patience and time!

mahjong today have posted zero twice within the last hour one score was 14400plus wanted to cry!!!

Playing Mahjoong:

Eastern Canada(Montreal time) beteen 10:30 to 11:00 am, got 3 zero's but when you play again, if you look at your score, you get the points(my score, 13290 was a zero) and if you look at your points, mine 1,028,220 most of the time, you get your 20 points.

If you finish a board, and you have 13290, and the board continues to give you points, let's say 16390, your score will be 13290.

Nobody can get more than 15000 this year.

Is it because I whent in the hospital in january for a hearth operation that you change the rules of the game since I am slower now?

Again, score 0, twice beteen 14:40 to 15:00 hour.

But it gave me my score and points when I play'd again(14,041)

Playing artic tri peaks pyramid and received a final score of 0 when I actually received over 4000. No treats were given.
