How can the same people play enough games every week to get almost 1,000 treats and never get a score above 20 or 30 thousand?? I would think that if you do anything often enough you would become good at it. Look at gumper. He has only been playing this game for 3 or 4 weeks and he is getting pretty good scores already. It doesn't take a good player to get treats. It takes a good player to get a score. If all you want is treats this is the wrong game to play. There are games on this site that you can get 50 treats every minute. This game takes too long to play for just treats. If you want to play it learn how to play and get a decent score.

Did you ever consider that people might play the game because they find it fun?

It is fun but like I said if you do anything enough times you should get better at it. There are people on here that scored in the 30's six months ago and they still score in the 30's. I scored in the 30's when I first started but as you see I don't anymore and they shouldn't either. Turkeytom didn't score very well when he started but look at him now. All I want is people to improve. If it wasn't for turkeytom and Shanks when he plays I wouldn't have to play rounds 9-10-11 and it shouldn't be that way.

Hammer, I would to know what besness it is of yours to say anything about other people who play these games . They play because they want to and they have fun doing it. I would like to know who in the hell made you the game GOD anyway . If you don't like it just shut up about it and keep it to your self. Tim Stigar

In the first place your grammer and spelling are both atrocious. In the second place, if you are content being a poor player, be my guest. Last of all, with your cockey attitude there is no point in responding to me again. From now on I will ignore you.

just started this week and i'm still trying to figure out how you get the big scores. Cracking game. I love a good challenge. I assume that multiple fish is the key both time and score wise ?

Hammerone has been a great help to me at this game! I have played about a year - and, usually make the max treats - however, continue to struggle with top score. He has given me suggestions on another fishing game, as well - one that I had NEVER played before. At present, there are three "top scorers" who are rude and very UN-friendly! One of them started crap on the site by making fun of me asking Hammerone questions. They have made comments to degrade Hammerone, as well. I just keep playing - cause I SO enjoy the game!!!

Wink

I wasn't aware one could "learn" to play the game, Hammer. Are you the instructor here? My score in Bass Pro is about the same---mediocre---as it was 2 years ago, even with my best efforts. For me using any upgrades is a hopeless, score-reducing nightmare. I lose control of the line and wind up scoring less than half what I get with NO upgrades.

HEY PLAYERS! I'VE BEEN PLAYING "BASS FISHING PRO" FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS. (STARTED AT PCH - THEN CAME HERE JUNE OF 2011) - MY SCORE HAS GOTTEN BETTER WHEN I FIND MYSELF PLAYING GAMES CONSECUTIVELY. IF I STOP FOR A FEW WEEKS, MY SCORE SHOWS A LAG. FOR ME, I HAVE TO PRACTICE TO BECOME BETTER; HOWEVER, AS WITH ALL OF THESE GAMES, LUCK PLAYS A BIG FACTOR IN IT. AND, THAT'S MY 2 CENTS FOR ALL....INCLUDING MY GDG FRIEND - VELVETSTAR AND HAMMERONE. BOTH YOU ENCOURAGE ME TO CONTINUE AND BECOME BETTER. THANK YOU!! JUNEBUG Cool
