HERE, IN N.E. INDIANA...IT IS HOT AND ICKY STICKY...
92 DEGREES...BUT I KNOW WE'RE COOLER THAN MOST PLACES ARE.
ALL THE RAIN HAS MADE IT VERY HUMID.
HAD SOME CLOSE CALLS BUT WE WERE SPARED FROM THE TORNADOES AND THE FLOODING.
MY HEART GOES OUT TO ALL OF THOSE AFFECTED BY THE HORRIBLE STORMS, FLOODING AND DEVASTATION.
EVERYONE TAKE CARE... |

The days are beautiful here in the mountains. Hovering in the 70's.
Nights are getting nippy and I fear the freeze is nigh. We are ready to wheel the 9 giant tomato plants into the garage, but once again, the corn is hopeless!
It has been a short but fabulous summer. Cooler and wetter than it has been in a long time.
I was wishing I could import all you guys who were roasting and keep you here until things cooled down in your neighborhoods! |
