gem moving off the board

Occasionally a gem from the top left will move off of the board to the left. Does anybody know why?

Surprised Hi there, I had not been in this forum to chat lately but decided to check it out and saw that you had a question regarding a "gem" going over to the left side. It has happened to me a few times too. I don't think there isn't anything you can really do but finsih the game. I belive that when you click on a certain gem that you want to move over, our mouse might touch another one by mistake. Hopefully, by me answering your message, you will not feel alone in doing this. I am surprised that Great Gamer staff have not responds or explained this to you."Good Luck".
