JUST A LITTLE NOTE FROM ONE OF your NEWEST MEMBERS!!

I AM UNABLE TO PLAY MY MAHJONG GAMES. WHENEVER I SELECT A GAME TO PLAY , ONCE THE POP-UP FLASH GAME SCREEN WINDOW APPEARS, I SEE A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THE GAME WINDOW WILL APPEAR IN 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, SECONDS AND THEN I WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT A LITTLE MORE AND AFTER STILL WAITING FOR THE GAME TO DOWNLOAD ONTO THE SCREEN. ALL THAT APPEARS IN THE GAME PLAY FRAME AREA IS SOLID WHITE. THE REST OF THE FLASH GAME WINDOW SCREEN DISPLAYS A FRAME AREA ABOVE THE GAME WINDOW WHICH CONTAINS THE GAME SITES SPONSER'S ADS, AND IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER, BELOW THE GAME PLAY FRAME AREA, A SHORTCUT LEADING E TO "GREAT DAY GAMES" WHICH TAKES ME RIGHT BACK TO YOUR HOME PAGE , LEADING ME TO ONCE AGAIN LOG-IN. (ssshhhh..ALSO, I TRIED ACCESSING YOUR GAME SITE ON MY COMPUTER AT WORK, AND STILL I WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED AND STILL THE GAME PLAY FRAME APPEARED WHITE.) ANY SUGGESTIONS OR HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED????

Check your add ons - they are troublesome rascals...go to tools and click on manage add ons...sometimes an active x that gets in without permission can cause this problem. I keep a regular check on my add ons when I have a problem. Got this tip from tech support.
