hope your trip to the dentist went ok - and your purse still has some change to jingle around in it!

Hi Blancokat,
Trip to dentist went okay. Didn't owe him any money as
he had already charged me £400 Last month. They sure know how to charge. Wish I was a dentist don't you. |

Been a great day player now for quite a while but no trophy to
grace my cabinet. Maybe I should do what most grannys do.
Sit in a rocker and knit. Do any of you do that? |

Am a grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
How many does everyone else have?

Hi Gramma1983,
Thats a big brood of chicks. I've only got two.
Love em to bits. Much easier when your a granny cos you
can send them home when your tired. Don't you agree |

Gave up knitting when my multiple sclerosis got so bad I couldn't control my hands too well - now I play Great day games for therapy - got two grandkids - one is 21 and one is 13 - both from my one son - love them all but glad my daughter-in-law chose to live 1000 miles away - she will live longer that way as we do NOT see eye-to-eye on her attitudes (for example appearances are more important than proper nutrition for a growing child - who cares if a 6 year old is thin?) Anyway, it is 75 degrees and breezy today and I'm going to sit in the swing in my yard and read a mystery novel - sorry, guys, but it is the truth!

It is easier.....I don't usually get to send them home as only have them when 'mom& dad' has somewhere else to go.
But really enjoy them while they are here. |

Hi Blancokat,
If you lived here you would be doing no swinging in the
atrocious wet weather we've had today. I've got 2 grandchildren.
Alittle boy aged 6 and a little girl of 4months. I work full time and seem
to spend all my time off babysitting one or the other of them. |

Hi Blancokat,
I Like all Majhongg games .Have you any trophys?
I cant seem to manage that. Just heard this weekend that grandchild
number three is coming before Christmas. Should be knitting instead of
playing, but I know which I prefer so I'll just buy some babywear.
Good to hear from you again |

Hey!
Good to be back - took a detour through the hospital - MS is soooo unpredictable - one day is great and the next I can't speak or my legs are numb or my vision is blurry - I HATE it! But, the alternative is not good either so I guess I'll take the MS!
Glad to be back playing and glad Sumatra is the weekend game, it's one I like!
I sent a message to the webmaster at support@greatdaygames.com about the profanity that is showing up on the forum. Hopefully they can stop it before it ruins the forum.
Well, I guess I'd better get some sleep.
Bye for now! |
