I looked at the terms and conditions page and found this:

c. Secured Access and User ID. You may only use the Site if you meet the eligibility requirements for registration and use, personally register as a player on the Site, personally acquire and use a userID and password.

By reading the words, how can someone play games as a guest?

I'll play with anyone, guest or named. It's just that if the site says you must use a UserID and password to play, how can GDG allow guests to play?

when I start i go automatically to a game. While the commercial is going, i register on & it shows me as on, but I have to play as a guest until GDG catches my log in. It's a drag, cuz folks will disconnect on me cuz they think I'm a guest, which there really isn't such a thing. Not sure why the system goes that way, but bottom line, guests are usually the ones that haven't had the chance for their name to register in the system yet.
