why have bonus rounds disappeared?

Brian, Why haven't I seen any bonus rounds(face card round) in Arctic Tri Peaks in over 2 weeks? Only one score has been over 2200. Most scores are below 1800 so I know nobody is getting the bonus round. What can you do? Maybe reboot or refresh the game so it will start putting out more bonus rounds or whatever you can do will be appreciated. We NEED the bonus rounds!!

Hi doxiecircle, thanks for bringing this up. I don't have as much experience playing this game as many of our members here. Can you explain the bonus round in detail for me? Do you see any special message come up, or are the cards simply arranged in an easy way when you start playing?

Hi Brian, In arctic Tri Peaks the bonus round is a round with all face cards. Kings, Oueens and Jacks. If you win the round you get 22,000 score plus how many extra minutes you have left. So it's usually 22,644 or 22,227. You have to get this face card round to make a score over 22,000. On the other rounds you can make up to 1800 maybe 1900. After 3 weeks I finally got one bonus round today but my husband called me away from the computor for a minute and I almost missed the whole thing-didn't have enough time to finish before time was up. Hope I get another bonus round before 3 weeks. Sad

Brian, You never did answer my last post. We are still having a problem with no bonus rounds. What happened? Can you fix it?

Sorry for the delay, I've been researching this with our developers. According to them, nothing has changed in the game at all that should affect this. They did explain that the chances of getting a bonus round will go up the more you play the game, so after playing a lot of games, your chances will be better, but still small! These odds will reset after you play a bonus round, so it's very difficult to get them frequently.

Well thanks for trying to find out the problem. Tonight 6 of us got the 22,000 and over score. I thought you might had done something but I guess not. I and everybody knows you get a better chance the more games you play and believe me I play alot. Thanks for taking time to try to figure out what goes wrong, we really appreciate all the tech help we can get sometimes!
