Good morning ladies. It gets a little tricky to work steady, when you have a few days off. Perhaps, too many. Anyway, I'm going to work the next 2 nites, and then a morning store. LuBoo, so sorry to hear youre not feeling up to par; my thoughts are with you, and I know youre a fighter, so you won't let them get you down yet ! Sharon, glad youve returned from your trip safe and sound. It's always good to be home. Pat, you are such an interesting lady. Do you read the Tarot Cards ? I studied Astrology for awhile, but have gotten away from it. Miss it sometimes. Looks like they have been working on the game sites, and you can now have friends, and enter the sweepstakes. I like this site, even with its flaws. OK, going out on the sites for awhile, so, check in later.

Good morning, one and all. Still coughing and blowing but much less, should be back to my normal aches and pains very soon. Thanks for your concerns and your well wishes. Sharon so glad you enjoyed your vacatiion days. Now back to normal routine. Tasha - hope you got my email, look forward to an answer. Enchanted Kahn, don't over do with this work stuff! pity sake there are games to play. I am also an astrology buff Ihave worked with it since the early '80s. But not so much in the last few years. I used to get charts on everyone I supervised, honestly it helped a lot to know where they were coming from. I never got really good at interpretation just enough to be dangerous. I must have at least 50 books on the subject. As for tarot I have also used them to help me along my life path. Interesting how we have similar interest. Everyone take care and play, play, play - LuBoo

GIDDAY LADIES !!!!!!!!!!!!
Sharon - so glad that you get more vacation time with Bill,
Luboo - Glad to hear that you will soon be approaching your normal self, no email yet - it is still hung in cyberspace.
Khan - TY for thinking that I am interesting, I have had a most unusual life, and I might write my life story, but some important people that would be harmed, are still living.
I once had a deep interest in astrology (Virgo), and the chinese (Snake), collected several books but my main interest was Runes.
In my travels out west, I encountered a very evil and powerful Psychic/Astrologer who was in love with the man I was living with, supposedly a previous lover in another life stuff, and she used very devious means to try to get me fired from my job. She not only wanted me out of his life, she wanted me 3000 miles away in another province, and she took great pains to bring great saddness to my Mother by stealing one of Mom's letters, and sending a letter back full of ficticious and painful lies. Unfortunately for her, I had developped a deep friendship with a powerful Indian Medicine Man/shamon whom I met at an A.A. meeting. He teamed up with me to counter attack the beotch. I had already packed - what's-his-names suitcase, left it with the motel manager, and used a shopping cart to move to a different and secluded unit, learning long ago, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, get involved with a fight over a man. (Sorry guys). I learned from two previous experiences with my girlfriend, with two earlier guys, and guess what, we are celebrating almost 37 years of friendship, and they don't even rate high enough on the scale for a , ""Do u ever wonder what Will & Rick" are doing??" NOPE ! I try to avoid the bad kharma every chance I get.
However, you ladies seem harmless enough, and yes, I would like to have my cards read.
Well, I must go and see what current bug is infecting the GDG gamesite, and those horrendous ads, that they are using as a precursor to ""introducing"" - premium /ad free""" games.
Will those marketing strategists ever, ever learn, to stop giving us what they want us to want. Have they so soon forgotten the"" Edsel" ????? Or perhaps, they are much too young for that memory. hehehe

Take care, Pat

GIDDAY LADIES
And a fine morning it is. Almost 60F degrees, and colder in the bush where the hunters are stalking those lovely little deer, and freezing their tushies. I think John has some great new construction plans for the day, he seems to be checking off a list of mandatory work before the snow arrives. Princess Tasha is sunbathing out on the crest of the new road, perhaps even contemplating an excavation which she will regret, after Her Royal Sweetness gets a new one from the groundskeeper.

SHARON: I think there's a reason the Tric-Tac-Toe didn't load, you would have royally whooped my butt !!! I had major problems with the gamesite last nite and downloaded the Adobe flashplayer, and shockwave programs again, thinking that the file may have got corrupted, and needed to be freshened up. My laptop that I play games with during TV commercials, doesn't not like this site whatsoever. Its got Vista on it, where the desktop has XP. I can hardly wait for it to crash completely, and then I'll have XP on both of them. I'm a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to tried and true computer programs.

LUBOO: Repeat after me........ "NORMAL is a setting found on most washers and dryers, and NEVER in life"". You would have to mention chores !!! Found a cute little roast beef for two up at WallyWorld, threw it in the crock pot, and that takes care of supper.

You two have inspired me and I put together this corny little poem, in appreciation of our friendship. Have a chuckle while I have another coffee, play some games and check for brain damage. Take care , Pat

Where Kindred Gamers Meet

The sun shines a little brighter
And the patch of blue shows clear
And the soul’s a little lighter
There’s a joy that hits the feet
Those clouds seem a little whiter
When fatigue has found retreat

A part of us surrenders
When the northern geese take flight
They must make their journey southward
While we brave the winter’s mite
Mother Nature makes a blanket
Summer creatures go to sleep
And people rally off to game sites
Where the kindred gamers meet.

There’s nothing like a new friend
When the heart finally gets to speak
Everything is new again
The world is much less bleak
We don’t miss the lilacs and the lilies
We forget the bones that creak
When we’re waiting for an email
Where the kindred gamers meet.
